Policeman Shoots Election OfficialWHITSBl'RG, Ky., Nov. 3- Ti — M. M. Coleman, 46, an election officer, was shot and critically wounded at McRoberts in eastern Kentucky mountains near here today. Policeman M. V. Hood surrendered to the jailer here in connection with the shooting.The policeman said he tried to arrest Coleman on a charge of carrying a concealed weapon and that Coleman resisted, claiming his weapon was not concealed.Coleman was shot twice through the stomach.
