Another Tolliver Dead.Louisville, Ky., Oct. 27.—A special from Morehead, Ky., says: Wyley Tolliver, who was shot in the Tollivar-Howard war, in Elliott county, Sunday night, died Tuesday. Sam Howard is expected to die also. The old grudge, which fanned the fire into a blaze, was the killing of Constable Gum. Howard by the noted outlaw, Con. Tipton, some years ago. The Tollivers are the same set which was engaged in the Rowan war a few years ago.
