Enters GuiltyPlea ToManslaughterRobert Dean Britton, 21, of Falls Creek, charged wrth manslaughter in the fatal beating of Charles R. Weaver. 21. also of Falls Creek, decided to plead guilty rather than go before a grand jury. He will be sentenced later by Judge John J. Pentz, possibly at the next session of Plea Court, the district attorney office said.Brittin was charged with causing the death of his lifetime friend in a frst fight that followed an argument at DuBois Sept. j 111.
