About that time, it is alleged, while she was of unsound mind and incompetent to do so, she changed the beneficiary to Nellie Phillips exclusively, and after her death during February 1915. the defendant paid the amount of the policy to Mrs. Phillips. It is alleged such change in the beneficiary was not valid. A number of interrogatories are filed as to the date of the policy, the beneficiaries named, the changes made therein and other details not known to plaintiffs who have no copy of the policy, it is set , N forth.
