—Ed Driscoll filed another affidavit against Molly Nichols for disorderly con»duct on 'yesterday. She will be tried this morning if she recovers from her sickueBs.—It is reported that Mollie Nichols remarked, when charged with disorderlyconduct near the South Depot, “Thou can’et not say I did it. 'Shake not thy gory locks at me.”
