CONCRETE PUMP—Building Systems Inc., workers at the new Franklin County jail facility had their hands full Tuesday when they started using a cement pump to pour the top floor of the building. According to a Building Systems spokesman, thebuilding is nearing 60 per cent completion. Cement trucks poured their loads into a hopper on the ground h and the truck-mounted pump transferred the cement a to the upper story of the building. About 30 truckloads 8 of cement were poured onto the deck. v
