FACES CH VKCK AFTERFATAL ROAI CKASII -Charges of negligent homicide were filed In county court Monday against James Madding, 21, Kor-san. 111®! iSiMadding was driver of one of the cars which figured in a crash that claimed the life of Mrs, Thelma Odean Harrell, 22-year-old Iomega woman, south of here May 24.The count, a misdemeanor charge, was the second such complaint preferred by the state highway patrol following fatal accidents in this area during May.Marshall Barrier, Midland, was charged similarly after the car in which he was riding collided with one from Wink, killing Mrs Brooks Rice and her 10-year-old daughter, Losee. near Stanton.
