Sheriff’s Sale.By virtue of a Special Execution directed to me from the Clerk of the District Court of Taylor county, Iowa, on a judgment obtained in said court, 011 the 24th day of April A. D. 1906, in favor of Lizzie Boyd as plaintiff, and against Daniel Isom as defendant for the sum of two hundred twenty three and thirty' two one hundredths dollars ($223.32) and costs taxed at twenty two dollars ($22.00) and twenty two and sixteen one hundredths dollars ($22,16) attorneys’ fees and accruing costs, I have levied upon the fo lowing real estate taken as the property of said defendant to satisfy said execution, to-wit: A part of lot one (1) in surveyors second addition to Bedford, Iowa, commencing at the north-east corner of said lot thence west sixty six feet, thence south one hundred and twenty six feet, thence east sixty six feet, thence north one hundred and twenty six feet to the place of beginning and will offer the same for sale to the highest bidder for cash in hand, on the 12th day of June A. D. 1906 in the front of the Court House door in Bedford, at the hour of one o’clock p. 111., of said day, when and where due attendance will be given by the undersigned.J. II.
