Man Fined, Jailed For Heating WomanErnesto Herrera, 30, pleaded jruilty in County Court Saturday to a charge of aggravated assault on Mrs. Alicia Roque, 2d.He was fined $100 and given six months in jail.Mrs. Roque was badly beaten at her home May 22.Herrera also was fined $100 on a charge of carrying a pistol.
