Tenn. ;Deputy Sheriff Lee Thomas; ” was quoted by officials here as , saying he beat Clyde Sandifer at t Tazewell last night when he was /trying to arrest the man for * drunker, and disorderly conduct.’ Thomas said Paul Sandifer j went to the Middiesboro hospital later while Clyde was being examined.
