III., to Reside.Thursday s Daily.Charles Arvin, who was arrested last week on a charge of assault and battery upon James Hunter, residing near Cannelburg, was released from jail this morning upon conditiou that he leave the county and never again molest Mr. Hunter. Sheriff Morgan accompanied Arvin to the depot where Arvin board-ed a west bound train and said he was going to Mt. Yernon, 111., to make his home in that city.
