May, 20.-—(UP)— A civil suit filed in district court asked the remov-all of three Buchanan county of-| ficers and the Independence town' marshal because they allegedly conspired to “commit gross par-. tiality in enforcement of liquor and gambling laws. ,, The officers are County Attorney Allen Smith. Sheriff Emery Hart. Deputy Sheriff Verle Meggers. and Marshal F-od Green.
