Jacob Entringer, his landlord, yesterday applied for an injunction to restrain John McFarland from running a saloon at Washington and Twelfth streets. It seems McFarland has a two years' lease and has refused to pay the mulct tax, and Treasurer Traut has advertised the property for sale. Judge O'Donnell will hear the case Friday.
