Assailants of Ben Grossman to beTried Saturday Before JusticeRichards.Fred Marshall and wife and John Snipp, assested yesterday by Officer Adams on a charge of assaulting Ben Grossman on Floyd street, were arraigned last evening before Justice Richards* They pleaded not guilty and were placed under $200 bonds to await trial next Saturday. Mr. and Mrs. Marshall furnished bond but Snipp went to jail.Complaints will probably be filed by the Marshalls, who claim that Grossman was the aggressor, and that they acted in seif-defense. Grossman is confined to his bed from the effects of the severe beating he received.
