Park Forest■ Elizabeth A. Gow, 41, 238 Arcadia in Park Forest, was charged with possession of a controlled substance after she was found unconscious at her residence about 10:30 a.m. Thursday. Police said theyrecovered a hypodermic syringe and heroin at the residence.
