Belcher have filed a complaint against James Scott Anderson, Shirley Lamezyk and Harold Eskew, charging that Anderson and Lamezyk are default in property payments in the amount of $828.81 and asking that Eskew, the tenant in the Sandoval pro-erty involved, be evicted.The Limerick Finance Corp. has won a $797.54 judgmentagainst Carl W. and Diana G. Riley and William Donald, doing business as W. D. Riley.Credithrift of America has won a $288.91 judgment, plus costs, against Tom and Peggy Mul-vaney.Wilma Berger has filed a complaint against the Harry C. Jones Transfer Co. of Centralia, asking for recovery of $1,500 worth of furniture which she says the company has wrongfully detained.Charles E. Berger, 807 S. Cherry, Centralia, has been charged with battery. He allegedly struck Wilma Berger in the face and kicked her on the leftleg in front of a residence at 1409 S. Pine in Centralia May 20.Helen Brechtefeld has filed suit against John E. and Betty Scrivner of Salem, stating that' she was injured Sept. 5, 1970, while painting at their residence at 500 E. McMackin, and that her injuries were the result of negligence on the part of the defendants. She asks for $25,000.Charges of Battery have been filed against Scott Lee Pruden, Route 5, Centralia, who allegedly struck James L. Willhite May8. at 903 W. Boone in SalemThe Department of Revenue has filed suit against Frank E. Skinner, doing business at the Holiday Restaurant of Centralia, charging that he owes $5,-744.06 in back taxes.Gary R. Caudle of Route 2, Pa-toka, has been charged with driving without a license and with reckless driving on May 9, in Patoka.Harry Sloat has been charged with taking $380.24 from Paul Lehmann, manager of Ron Santo’s Pizzeria, 300 W. Broadway, May 13.
