Thieves Find Job Too Big to HandleFRANKFURT, May 27 (API— Thieves early today stole a hiige painting of forraer Cerraan ^es-ident Paul von Hindenburg from a Frankfurt hotel where Adolf Hitler once slept—but it was so large theygot only 50 yards with it.The desk clerk of the Baseler Hof said the two men .cut the painting, which was 8 by 4 h feetin size, from its gilt frame.When the clerk ran from the hotel caUing for police, one thief left the other holding «ie loot_ It was so heavy, the second thief had to drop it and it was recovered.
