Wellman and Perley Jones of West Washington, charged with the murder of Dexter B. Wentworth, the 67 year old Spanish War veteran, of Lincolnvill* has been obtained by Sheriff Fran H. Cooper and County Attornc Clyde R. Chapman.They were able to find a witne who saw the young men, aged 23 ai 20, as they left W’eat Washington c Friday, May 20, headed towmrc Lincolnville and the lonely home lt;v the side of Moody mountain whc the veteran lived alone.
