Deputy Sheriff Stem Subbed on Train by Juan Garza.Deputy Sheiff Henry Saens of this county was stabbed on . the train yesterday while eu route to Harlingen, Cameron County, to be at the bedside of a sick brother. His assailant was Juan Garza, a former resident of this city. It is Ithought that the difficulty wus the%outcome of a gruclgc Garza held against Saens for arresting him over a year ago. Garza conducted a bakery at Bay City until the death of his mother a few months ago. when lie moved to Harlingen, lie met Simms here recently, and professed to be on friendly terms with him. Sheriff Woisiger received the news of the affray in n telegram from Constaliln ftynn of Harlingen, which stated that the officer was not seriously injured.
