Mrs. Zella Mae Jones, 34, of 1330 NW 9th, was indicted yesterday by a Potter County grand jury on a charge of murder. The indictment was in connection with an incident about 9 p.m. May 17 in which Ronnie J. Green, 29, of 811 N. Hughes was fatally wounded. Police said the shooting incident oc curred as Green stepped onto the front porch of a house in the 1300 block of NW 9th. In other action, the grand jury returned an indictment for indecency with a child against Robert Owens Jr. 18, of 2929 S. Hodges. The charge was in connection with an incident May 18 involving an 8-year-old boy, Ruby Salcido, 24, of 160) S. Buchanan, was indicted for forgery in connection with a check incident on April 25. Indicted for theft over $200 were John Ely, 35, of 3414 Marion, and Mark Loghry, 35, of 6503 E. Amarillo Blvd. The charge against Ely involved checks totaling about $4,000. The charge against Miss Loghry was in con nection with $2,000 worth of checks. Three men were indicted for driving while intoxicated, subsequent offense. Jerry Morphis, 25, of 7224 W. 34th, was indicted in connection with an inci dent May 21 Epifano Guzman, 31, of 111] E. 5th, was indicted for an incident May 18. John Melton, 76, of 1002 Sunset, was indicted in connection with an incident May 17
