One man was arrested and two others suffered minor injuries as. the result of incidents at the Golden Elk Cafe, 2000 Yance Rd.. late yesterday. ]Gus Maloney, 33 . 2000 Yankee Rd , propriteor of the cafe, was arrested there on an assault* and battery warrant signed by James jBowen. 811 Yanke Rd. Bowen reportedly was hit by a beer bottle at the cafe.Yesterday afternoon Bob Kovacs, 2024 Yankee Rd., told |o-lice he had been hit at the cafe with a .45-caliber gun. Both Kovacs and Bowen received bruises. I
