The warrant for the arrest of n Westphalen wai plaoed in the .hands 1 of Oonstable LaRue who made the a arrest at the Westphalen plaoa. The I prisoner was bronght before Justioe Presnall last night and waB placed l under a bond of $ 1,000 for his appear- f anoe for a preliminary trial at 10 I o’clock tomorrow morning. |The i bond was readily furnished and he £ returned home last night. The infor- j mation for the arrest was filed by Bernard „Laban, Btep-fatter of the ( girl, who alleges she was assaulted. ] Aocording to the story of the girl ^ she has been working as a domestic at 1 ] the home of John Westphalen.
