| BEDFORD, Ind., May 26 UP 1 -Everett Toon, 65, was under Grand jury indictment for second -degree murder on two counts today charged wdth the killing oftwo Bedford brothers.The indictment charged that Toon shot Dennis Coleman, 69, fatally during the course of a po-, litical argument earlier this month and later struck James Coleman, 66 over the head with the barrel of a shotgun, inflicting fatal in-I juries, ^Toon had been in jail on a jus-I tice of the peace warrant, charged with murder.
