GETS SENTENCE TO FEDERAL PENStanley Smith Given Three Years for Auto Theft; One Youth is ParoledStanley Robert Smith, of thl*city, yesterday was sentenced byFederal Judge Geoerge P. Hahn to three years injt federal peniteo-tiary on charges of automobile theft. Two others were given lighter sentlhces.Howard L. Arras, Findlsy, was sentenced to 18 months Imprisonment but was probated. George C. Foster, also of Findlay, was given an 18-month term.Smith, Arras and Foster were arrested here several months ago in connection with an automobile theft ling which was ssW to have stolen at least 16 cars and transported them across state lines.
