Officers say the wine contained a suf* ficient amount of alcohol to bring it under the ban of the prohibition law and that Mrs. Wood will be charged with a violation of that law.James Hampton, for 15 years a public chauffeur In Halt lake, was arrested at *70 west South Temple street, by Detectives A. E. Lund and D. H. Clayton Saturday for the alleged violation of the liquor law. The same officers later 'arrested David King at the Oxford rooming house on a similar charge.Early Sunday morning the same officers arrested Martha Smith. *2 years old, who was charged with the sams offence.
