There will be no prosecution for the breach of the law, however, and the brothers are taxing s^eps to remedy matters.Discovery that neither is a citizen of the United States was made several weeks ago when they affixed their names to a petition for naturalization of a foreigner. In the questions asked by officials it developed that neither of the witnesses bad been naturalized.Their father, Ludwig Arth, presented his petition for naturalization before the boys became of age.
