Herbert MeMurtrie was arrested j this morning on the charge of being drunk and disorderly on com-: plaint made by his wife, and when ; arraigned before Justice Was. 1 Smith, pleaded guilty, and paid a! fine and costs of $7.20. McMurtrie has been warned repeatedly by Officer Burkhardt., who less than a week ago gave him a severe lecture ; and shaking up -after lie had cans-1 i ed a disturbance at his home and mistreated his wife. It Is said that last evening he was making thingsunpleasant about hie home, with the result of th© complaint fchlsj morning.
