GARY—Dr. I. S. Miillstone, health officer ol- Gary, was arrested Thursday on an indictment returned by (lie Lake county grand jury, which charges him with being connected with the case of Mrs. Leslie Dicks, who died following an allegel illegal operation. Milstone’s bond is $5,000, Dr. Millstone was arrested /three weeks ago 0:1 a similarcharge.
