GUN WAS TAKEN WITHOUT ORDERDave Logan, owner of the revolver with which John T/.x shot and killed Albert Sharer Wednesday evening. today denied that he had given Iix a written order to get the §un from Bevenour’s repair shop where it had been taken to have a new spring inserted in the mechanicians. Mr. I^gan says that Dix had asked him if he had a gun and the boy had been told he did, but that it was in the repair shop.
