SNOW IS INSANE.Delusion is That He is Not Property Listed for Taxation.An insanity commission composed of Esq. John F. McKinley and Dr. Jesse Tucker, of Elizaville, and Drs. A. Newby and P. S. Johnson, of Hamilton county, has declared Samuel R. Snow, 'of Marion township, insane. Mr. Snow is thirty years old, unmarried and resides with his mother, Mrs. Eliza Snow. The first indication of insanity occurred about two weeks ago. Among his delusions is the belief that he has not given in all his property to the assessor. lie is destructive and has to be restrained from doing injury to persons about him. He will not eat and is very restless. He is owner of personal property valued at $1,700. The inquest held was instigated by his mother.
