Rodenbeck, in the final session of the May term of Supreme Court, passed sentence on (Jeorge Winnie, 46, of Phelps, The man was sentenced to six months in the Ontario County jail anti a $o50 fine in be confined to jail one day for each two dollars of the fine. The fine was suspended and Winnie placed on piohation to John Trembly, county probation officer, lb* is to report to him once a month for two years.Winnie was indicted by the last (irand Jury for maintaining a public nuisance on the south side of Mill street, Phelps, and charged by District Attorney Nathan 1.
