New-I • ^J kirk gave it as his opinon that “the law ' makes it obligatory upon a Justice to • have all such documents scaled up tight jand fast, so that there can be no possi-j i bility of their getting lost out of the] | wrapper. Justice Carter thought that j the gentleman’s ideas of an official seal I “were as clear as mud. The Galamus;!
