Jim Slocum officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Thompson Funeral Hume in Jacksonville.Mr. Casper died Tuesday at his residence in Diulville where he lived since 1979.He was a retired chief of security with Union Carbide in Texas City where he served for 32 yeurs. He also served in the U.S. Army during World War II.Survivors include his wife of 48 years, Grade Casper of Diulville; son and daughter-in-law, Jerry and Carol Casper of Texas City; daughters and son4nlt;4aw. Linda Bdwarda of Houston and Put and Sonny Noiris of Deer Park; six grandchildren, three great grandchildren and a nephew.Visitation will be at the funeral home from 6 to 8 p.m. this evening.
