Chambers said he did not meet the defendant until that morning Taking the stand himself, Moye also said he did not leave his home the morning the robbery happened because his wife and one chtk* were ill He maintained* I had nothing to do with the,. lt;bbery and worked the next day and until he was arrested Feb 27 for Drummond Coal Company Moye testified he had seenWShaw on several different occasions” when the Hoolly Pond businessman owned a truck stop out of county several years ago.
