IN DEATH OF PARENTSNORWICH. May 23 — (AIM Charles Beausoleil, 40. of Putnam, who has admitted stabbing his elderly parents to death with a bread knife last month, was ordered permanently confined to Norwich state hospital here, it was learned today.The order came Tuesday following a hearing by Judge Edward G. Moran.Beausoleil had been committed to the hospital for a 30-day period on April 23. the day his 70-year-old parents. Mr. and Mrs. David Beausoleil. were found fatally stabbed in their home at Putnam.Judge Moran said Beausoleil was J*re-examjped and found insane and in need of permanent confinement.Beausoleil admitted killing his I parents to a Putnam policeman. in“I killed them.
