IMadi*on Jail Delivery.Madison, Wis., May 22—The prisoners in the county jail forced a hole through the wall of the structure during the night and escaped. A confederate on the outside conveyed a pickax to the men, and with it they worked the stone out of the wall and made a hole large enough to get through into the jail yard, from which access .was easy to the outside. The jail is a tumbledown affair that has long been a disgrace to the county, and but little work is required to punch a hole through the walls anywhere. The escape of the men wasnot detected till this morning, when the jailor discovered an aperture in the corridor, and found Charles Martin, Pat Degan and George Mil ler, tramps, under sentence far larceny, were gone.
