A bench warrant, returnable in-sfcanter, was Issued yesterday morning for arrest of Alonzo Campbell and Prank Woods, charged with assault and battery -with intent to kill It. W. Harness.A bench warrant was issued for the arrest of George Burkhart and James West for malicious trespass. They are charged with having -injured the Rock Creek gravel road by digging holes in and otherwise injuring that property. _A Walk-away.The Rochester Republican speaking of the nomination of Hon. Valentine Zimmerman, of that place, as the Democratic candidate for Congress in this district, says: Mr. Z. was billeddecorated and festooned with the American colors and abundance of evergreens. Across the front of the Chapel and below a portrait of Father Kjehne were the words; “.Rev: Father Kcehne twenty-five years ago:Behind the Har.«.Marshal Secrist, of Kokomo, arrived in the city on Sunday morning with Alonzo Campbell and Frank Woods in his custody. They are held for assaulting George W. Harness, an old citizen of Deer Creek township. The young men were, arrested in Shelby County and turned over to Marshall Secrist. Mr. Harness gave §100 for their arrest and delivery in Bogan sport. Woods gave §500 bond for his appearance, but Campbell languisheth.
