Man Cleared In Fatal ShootingJury Finds Dave Grondin, 82, Not Guilty | At International FallsINTERNATIONAL PALLS (AP)—Dave Grondin, 82, today J stood cleared of a first degree j manslaughter charge.A Koochiching county district court jury deliberated only an hour before finding Grondin innocent in the fatal shooting of Charles Heath, 22, who had been married to but later divorced by Mrs. Grondin’s daughter, Loret- ■ ta, 19. «Heath was shot in late Febru- •■ary when he sought to visit bis : former wife at the Grondhi's j home. Evidence was introduced j to show that Heath previously j had threatened Grondin and his | i crippled, 60-year-old wife.
