Julius Fort.The dismissal of the action followed a motion by defense counsel that the case be non-suited atthe conclusion of theevidence.The action had its beginning.according to the answer to complaint filed by the Four County Agricultural Credit Corporation. when Hugh Campbell andhis wife borrowed $300 from thecredit company, and said companyseized certain crops and personalproperty when payment was not made.Following this the answer contends the credit company is informed and believes the afendant, Hugh Campbell, andplaintiff, Julius Fort, through his attorney, ft.
