Court to ReviewArthur Huey CaseAUSTIN, May 21 PPj—Thc Supreme Court will review litigation involving deposits of public and private funds made by ArLhur Huey as Hutchinson county lax collector in 1931 in the Borger State bank of Borger.The state banking commission took charge of the bank in 1932, Huey paid the state its funds and sued to recover on tho deposits listed as “highway account and “fee account. 'He declared a preferential claim.The Court of Civil Appeals reversed a trial court decision which awarded Huey judgment on a bond executed by the late A, P. Borger to secure $4,777 of the deposits and recovery of $2,236 in the ‘highway account” as a preferential claim.
