Fourth Violent Death In Family.Jeffersonville, May 13.—Both wives of Benjamin S. Owsley, for whose death the second wife was tried for murder at St. Louis, Mo., formerly lived here. Owsley formerly lived in Utica, Clark county. He married his first wife, Miss Rose Underwood, June 16, 1886, in this city, and she obtained a divorce about seven years ago. Sub-seauently he married Mrs. Ada Brown Schneider, the woman who was tried for murder and who had been divorced from Joseph Schneider, of this city, in September, 1905. Owsley’s death was the fourth violent one in his family. The trial of the second wife resulted i in the jury disagreeing.
