3 Charged In Rape CaseThree youths were arrested by State Police yesterday and charged with the rape of a 15-year-old Dunbar girl that occurred last Friday,James Malay. Ill, 19, and 1 Keith W. Basinger, 18, both of Dunbar R.D. 2 were arraigned on the rape eharge and were committed to county jail in lieu of bond.A 17-yeur-old juvenile was also arrested and was released in the custody of his father.
