A Mount Prospect mother has filed a $1,002,450 civil suit against Anthony DiMucci. 20. who is accused of slaving her son in a dispute over drugs a year ago this weekMarv Shea, 1201 S Busse Kd,Wcharges in the suit that DiMucci, who reportedly left the country in January after being released from jail on $25,000 bail, shot her 20-year-old son. Steven Coskey, ‘ without provocation orjustificationDiMucci. the fugitive grandson of wealthy Mount Prospect land developer Salvatore DiMucci. is charged with shooting Coskey at least 10 times in a dispute over drugsCoskeys bullet-ridden body was found May 17, 1978. wrapped in a rug in a garage near the house at 907 Can-Dota Ave., where DiMucci lived withhis mother.The FBI is helping in the search for DiMucci. who forfeited his bail money, but Mount Prospect police say they have no new leads to his whereabouts.Mrs Shea s attorney. Gerald Rubin,said the suit was filed despite DiMuc-cfs disappearance, to protect his client under the statute of limitations. “We expect the police eventually will find him.” Rubin said
