Two YouthsAre ArrestedA city youth, who while serving a suspended sentence, was indicted by the recent grandjury for burglary, was arrested by police Thursday night after a window was broken out of a city liquor store and bottles were taken.District Attorney Burke Mordy said Friday that he will file a supplemental motion to revoke the suspended sentence of Jerry Van Lane, 20 , 922 9th Ave., NE.Police said Lane was apprehended along with Bobby Palmer, 18, 1008 Culbertson, after the 11:57 p.m. burglary at the Broadway Liquor Store, on East Broadway.Police stated that a woman in the northeast area called and said two young men were creating a disturbance. Police arrested the men when they founda bottle in their car bearing the number assigned to the liquorPalmer received a cut arm and was given emergency treatment: at a hospital Thursday night, police said. He was returned to the hospital Friday for further treatment.A motion to revoke Lane’s suspended sentence was previously filed by Mordy and heard by District Judge Kenneth Shilling in January, 1967. No decision was made on the subjectat that time.Mordy said the supplemental application would probably be filed Friday.Legal action against Palmer is also under consideration by the District Attorney’s office.store.
