Eirl Bouldin reported today warrants have been issued for Frank Thornhill, Benjamin Conner and Lawrence W. Russell for leaving the scene of an accident. LBouldin said Joseph Ward reported his '1953 model vehicle, which was parked on First Street, S.W. Wednesday evening, was struck by an automobile operated by Thornhill.Ward told the police that his car was knocked 20 feet up on sidewalk.Bouldin and officer John Early investigated. '
