William E. Riker of Holy City, is no stranger to the gubernatorial ballot. This is the fourth straight time he has filed in the primary election. He is a plump, bald man somewhere in his seventies who prefers to be known as a “political, economic and social scientist. He heads a small cultist community south of Los Gatos. He is a registered Republican.Riker has used his candidacy to circulate pamphlets attacking racial minorities. He warns the voters to look out for public figures who advocate civil rights and fair employment practices. He has never held public office himself.
