THOMAS MONTGOMERY .(right) will be charged in a formal complaint filed May 14 in Los Angeles with the murder of his wife, Dorothy. 36, whose mutilated, body was found under a pepper tree May 3. Deputy District Attorney S. E. Roll said. Roll's announcement followed a dramatic scene depicted Here, when James Kennedy (loll), positively identified Montgomery as tho man he saw park his wife'sj car in a neighbor's driveway the night of the murder.
