CLA.IRSVrL.LE, O,, May 18—(SV-John Edward Mallory, 21, a sailor on leave ;from Pensacola, Fla., was shot to death on a read- near his home at Boydsvllle early today, Deputy Sheriff John Sheeketski reported.The deputy sheriff said the youth’s mother, Ruby Robin- • son, 37, was being , held without charge in the Belmont county jail in connection with the shooting.The woman was said to have resumed her maiden name after being divorced from the youth's father.Deputy Sheeketski said Mallory was shot through . the heart with a .38 caliber revolver.
