TODD ARRAIGNED AS JAILBREAKERAlfred Todd was arraigned to--day on a charge of breaking ja1! and will be tried next week. Todd escaped from the cily jail recently, enlisting in the army at Ft. Riley, Kansas. He was arrested in Topeka and brought back for trial.
