Man accused of fleeing crash seeCEDAR FALLS — A Cedar Falls man was arrested on three complaints after the car he was driving collided with another car.1A passenger also was arrested after the accident Thursday on a complaint of possession of beer white being under age.■,The driver, Brian James Boyer, 18, of 1111 Longview St., Cedar Falls, and the passenger, Robert Bruno, 18, of 3341 Bristol St., Waterloo, both sustained minor injuries,.rA Cedar Falls woman, Sandy Livingston, of 1129 Bluff St., a passenger in. the other car, sustained minor injuries in the accident but was nottransported to a hospital for treatment.According to police, John Livingston, the driver of the other vehicle, was eastbound on Seventh Street and just about to stop before entering the intersection at Olive Street, when Boyer, traveling at a hi#i rate of speed, also entered the intersection.-The cars collided, police said, and Boyer continued northbound, striking a parked car, which in turn hit a second parked car.Livingston's car reportedly spun around from the initial impact and traveled in a northeasterly direction, jumping and striking a curb.Boyer then fled on foot, police said.Re was located several minutes later at Island Park and arrested on complaints of operating while intoxicated, speeding, and failure to leave information at the scene of an accident.Boyer sustained cuts to his and face, and various bruise abrasions to the rest of this Bruno received similar inj police said.Boyer was transported to SWest Intermediate School's music department will present its spring concert at 7:30 p.m. Monday in the school auditorium.School schedules concert
